ESC Error 30085

I have a new mavic air 2 that is displaying this error. Has anyone been able to fix it? I have tried to update and nothing seems to works

I have this error that keeps popping up. This is in a new out of the box Mavic Air 2. It seems linked to the batteries. I like a lot of people charged my batteries on the hub the first time. They all charge fine. Only one battery is functional though the rest give me this error. I found if you...

A ESC error usually shows up if the drone has been in a crash.
ESC stands for (Electronic Speed Controller) hardware can be damaged during a hard landing or crash, or soft ware glitches may be the reason for the errors.The ESC controls the speed off the motors which directly alters the inflight aircraft directional changes. If its brand new send it back again.
