Eyeglasses strenght recomendation

Hi. I should receive my goggles tomorrow and want to know if someone can predict the eyeglasses strength that will be best for me. Normally I need +2.50 for reading and in the computer screen and have read that must go with a full number over this for the goggles. Thanks.

I would start with a +3.25, prob end up with +4.
People often double thier reading glasses.

The dollar store is my friend. I have around 6 pairs of their glasses at different strengths for repairs, computing, and goggles.

I normally use +1 for reading, and for Goggles I'm using +3.
It's sooo frustrating as someone, like my wife, that don't need any glasses can see so clear Goggles display!
I am even considering a laser surgery to my eyes....

Yes, dollar is the place to go when grinding lenses and 3d printing frames, great value.

When I got the DJI googles, I was so disappointed that they were blurry. I wear progressive lenses. After reading a lot of posts I got the strongest reading glasses the local pharmacy has. It was +3, which was an improvement, but not great. Finally after 2 months had my annual ophthalmologist appointment and he recommended +4, which they had, for only $20. Now the goggles are really clear and I am enjoying them much more.
