Facebook video

I'm looking for some help on uploading a video to Facebook and having it not look like garbage. What I'm doing is recording in 4k then editing in adobe premier pro and exporting in 1080p to be able to get on fb. Looks great on my computer but once on Facebook it's ridiculously blurry.
Anyone have any tricks for this?

Yes don't use facebook, they greatly reduce resolution of all videos to reduce bandwidth use.
Youtube or Vimeo are best options.

What I don't understand is how other people are putting videos on fb that look great crystal clear so it has to be doable I'm just curious how.
Would uploading to Vimeo or YouTube and then posting to Facebook make a difference?

It must. I use Vimeo and though not just 100% is fine.
