HLG Editing help

I have a Mavic Air 2S and typically don’t do much video work, but I decided to experiment the other day. I recorded some footage in 4K at 30fps using HLG. I hadn’t really used the updated DJI AI editing software, Lightcut, before, and it works pretty well for short videos. However, I’m having trouble exporting in HLG format. When I play the videos on my phone before editing, my iPhone adjusts to show HDR, so I know I recorded them correctly. Once I finish editing and export, that HDR effect disappears. Does anyone know how to retain the HLG format or suggest a better app for editing?

If you use an Apple computer, use Final Cut Pro. It is highly adapted to the HLG transfer function.

Use DaVinci Resolve, the free version and buy the Speed Editor to go with it. That will make your editing life so much easier and faster too. Check it out on their website.
