So, I bought this August 24th. I've barely used it. Maybe a few flights. Probably less than 2 hours tops. Well, we had a little even for our highschool football team and I thought I'd capture it with the drone. I made sure all three batteries were fully charged.

I get to the location, and pop a battery in, do a test flight so I can get in the best position to keep it away from crowds (which didn't exist lol), and get all the gear ready. It went fine. I hovered at 75ft for about 15 mins. This battery showed 31mins left from start, and 20mins left when I brought it down to put a fresh battery in.

Well, it started out fine with the second battery. Showed 33 mins. I put the done in the exact same spot, same height, etc. About 5 minutes in, it starts showing 49% battery. Then it starts doing down from there. I brought the M2P down, took battery out, checked the level, and it was showing one blinky light. I popped the third battery in, and it flew for about 25 mins, and showed 8 mins left.

I'm guessing the battery is bad. What steps should I take from here? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Contact DJI or where you purchased that battery. I would guess that it does have some warranty even if not as long or generous as the drone itself.

That was my first thought. I bought directly from DJI. I was wondering if there's a way to see how many times the battery was used, time used, etc. I know it's not long at all, but interested in the data nonetheless.

You may need to fully empty the battery until it turns off by itself (on the ground obviously) and recharge it.
Percentage calibration can drift off when batteries are left unused for prolonged periods.
Do that with all of them, the first one seems wrong too (in the opposite way).

If that doesn't help then go to DJI (before that 6 month warranty expires...)

Usage data is in the app battery info.

Thanks. Will do.

You're already more than 3 months in on ownership. Did you check on state of charge once a month?

According to my videos, I'm only getting 21-24 minutes flight time per charge pretty consistently with 3 batteries.

I'm getting right at/around 30 mins on two batteries, whereas the "bad" one is only about 15mins. I'm going to deplete them, read the info from the app, and see where I am at that point. Like I said earlier, they've barely been used.

Barely being used might be the problem, if that also means barely monitored. They do lose charge over time.
If it was all three, that would make more sense. Seeing as one is acting all weird, and the other two are like twins, I'm not sure that the lack of usage is what is affecting them.
