Faulty battery

The problem i am facing is that when i try to charge the battery it won't charge and when i try to turn it on it doesn't turn on i press and hold then it goes off as if i didn't try to turn it on is the battery dead?

How old is the battery if it isn't that old contact DJI talk to tech support send it back and they prob send u a new one

Re: Charging the battery, what happens when you attach it to the charger? Do any lights on the battery glow? Are you certain you're attaching the charger to the battery correctly?

To turn on the battery, you need to press the Power button briefly, release the button, then press AND HOLD the button.
