FCC or CE in Australia?

Can anyone tell me definately whether we fly under FCC or CE in Australia? I am seeing so much conflicting information.

i've seen screenshots showing the lines on the transmission graph and my lines indicate CE. Having said that, I have done 3.5km out and 3.5km back with 35% battery left, so I'm thinking that would be FCC?

The compliance sticker on the back of your r/c will have it printed on it. I'm in Britain: so mine read a big CE.

G'day John...please refer to the following screenshot. If the 1km line is between the 80 and 90dbm marks you are in a FCC region. If the 1km line is underneath the 90 mark, you are in a CE region. To answer your question, we operate under FCC mode here in Oz thankfully.

Hi mate, my 1km line is just below the the 90dbm mark, this is why i'm confused. I'm on the south coast of NSW, so should be FCC. I have been out to 3.5km and returned with about 35% battery remaining.

DJI don't make different controllers for different markets.
Everyone's controller has a CE mark.
