Very nice.

Never heard of this city, unlike Warsaw or Krakow.

How do you record the sounds of the fireworks? Was it recorded on the ground, not through the drone?

Seems like a fairly populated area so flying over such areas is permitted, including at night?

Thank you for your comment.

Yes, Warsaw (a capital of Poland) and Krakow are the most known cities in Poland for foreign tourists.
Bydgoszcz is also beautiful city which is also increasingly often visited by tourists.
Take a look at my Christmas market video:

which was recorded in Bydgoszcz city either.
Take a look at Wyspa Młyńska island which is near the Old Market Square - these are also very beautiful places in Bydgoszcz city. Here is a link of Wyspa Młyńska island in Bydgoszcz city where I was flying over a beautiful flowers' carpet:

I recorded the sounds of fireworks using professional external digital recorder with windshield. This recorder was on the ground near my car.

This place where I was flying has a lot of buildings, but European Union drone law only prohibits flying near gatherings of people. By "gatherings of people" we mean people who cannot move freely. Flying over buildings during a night is not prohibitied. You can fly at night if your drone has lights.

I am no expert on Firework photography but made a shoot for a local Uk council !
There were large crowds and I worked with the Firework company on where I could legally operate measuring out to the crowd line
This limited me as no nice orbits And working very close to the fireworks

Your video is great ! We cannot determine the time of the fireworks but after sunset and before official night would be iideal !
You had a well lit city to add some light and colour mine was pitch black 😎and with Air3

Yes, you are right. I specifically chose a location that is well-lit. I also chose this localization because it is far from airport and I can fly on better, easier rules.
I will watch your video later, thank you for your sharing.

This is interesting on drone shows but sounds very complicated and expensive to set up 😎

Very nice. Your exposures are perfect. I’d be interested to know your camera settings and video settings.
And did you shoot in D- log or normal mode? What kind of corrections did you need to do in post processing?

Normally I have been using D-log in my DJI Mavic 3 drone, but during night shots I always switch my DJI Mavic 3 drone into "Night video shot mode". They added this option more than year ago or even earlier. In post processing I use color curves to increase shadows a little and I do also increase slightly highlights. In this video I didn`t apply noise removal, because I saw that footage is good enough and doesn't need to apply noise reduction.

Thanks. I’ve not played with night mode yet. I do more stills than video. But looking forward to trying.
If you don’t mind, what were the camera settings? ISO, shutter speed, aperture (probably F2.8 is my guess…), frame rate?
Any other settings aside from night mode?

I don't remember all the settings, but for sure I can write that the video footage was recorded in 4K 30p, because it is default exposure setting while filming in "night video shot mode". I didn't change time shutter and aperture and iso. I had default settings. I am not sure if changing exposure settings is even possible while "night video shot mode". It can be even impossible, but you have to check it yourself.
