Firmware update stuck at 25%

Trying to update my Mavic Pro using DJI Go and iPhone 8 Plus. I’m stuck at 25%.

First time I tried i had about 60% battery life in the aircraft and I waited long enough for the battery to completely discharge.

Have tried twice since, both times for an hour at a time. It won’t go past 25%.

It does keep prompting me to press “continue” but nothing else happens.

I’ve tried more than once shutting everything down and then restarting.

Advice please.

Can you still connect the AC to a PC? Updates through Assistant are generally better than through a mobile device. I think at this point that's what you'll have to try. I updated once when I first bought my MP. I used a mobile device as well and the process took an hour and used up a whole battery, with no indication of success. Luckily everything worked out okay. I never updated again.

Went to the DJI store in Denver. I thunk it was just a bad cable connecting the phone to the controller.

Either way set now. Although I think they talked me into a set of goggles......
