Is the Drone Scanner app reliable? Is there a better one to try?

Ideally, a Dronetag RIDER with the Dronetag App, but that is an $1100 device, which most don't have, but it will detect all DJI drones, even up to 5 miles away! That is how I finally convinced DJI that they were full of it, when they were repeatedly telling me that mine was defective if it was broadcasting RID with the standard M5P battery, based upon the user manual! They finally admitted operating as designed, and immediately deleted the no RID statement from the English version of the User Manual

If you confirm this and want to trade your authentic DJI plus batteries for standard authentic DJI batteries with extremely low use, let me know.

We’ve got five of the Mini 5 Pro’s, two of which have standard batteries and three with the plus. One of the kits with the standard batteries is a backup kit and has only a few flights on one or two of the batteries.

Hello, I have a question about the Plus batteries. My Mini 5 Pro still has the CO label. I can get a Plus battery now. Would my Mini 5 still fly with the Plus battery if it still has the CO label?

Problem is that it will. Hence, no reason anyone in the U.S. should be buying the M5P with the standard batteries. You are giving up 52 minute flight times for no rational reason.

Yes, but not legally in the EU.
