There is no difference - I had my MP above 3000 m last year - same feeling as on sea level and M2P is better flyer.
The only problem came from 2 weeks rain - all my 5 batteries were self discharged and when I spot an opportunity it took forever to charge them - so I went on a journey with only 2 - one at 100% and one at 95% - otherwise I'll had some more footage (we passed along biggest monastery in Bulgaria and some other nice places ...)
