Flicker/Blurr when panning only.

Hi Guys.
Any idea what my footage blurs when panning with my AIR 2S. I'm panning slowly and didn't have the issues with my old Phantom 3 Pro or Mavic Pro. Forward and backwards are ok. But panning seems to blur the footage. If you look at the video below and look at the houses while the drone swivels the houses flicker/blurr. This was shot at 5.4K 30FPS Shutter speed 1/60 ISO100 and using an ND16 filter. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks a lot.

Not sure what you are talking about.

#1 - This is not a "slow" pan. You need to pan slower.
#2 - If you are talking about the "stutter" that happens (it looks like the pan freezes for a millisecond every few seconds), this happens on every DJI drone video I've watched. Pan slower and it won't be as noticable.
