Yeah i got this issue, this is a bit weird.
because at the same location i’ve never face this issue.

because my location is no fly restriction.

i tested many ways to solve this problem:
- Recalibrate Compass, IMU, Gimbal
- Repair link to Aircraft
- Reboot RC & Aircraft

but none of it works.

i mentioned “weird” before, right?

because yesterday...
first time i face this problem, and try to repair link to aircraft, it does working and my drone can fly normally.

but today, this is happen again.
I tried to chat DJI CS, yeah they’re basically bot.

Any thought guys?

Thanks.

It's only to log into the DJI site, not to run Assistant 2.

The idea is probably to validate the DJI account is still validated and actively being used.

I also tried everything. Logout>Login in DJI Fly & computer helped sometimes. But not reliable. Last time switching cellular off in flight helped. .....

Did You log with the controller connected to the computer or without it ?

I just logged in to my DJI account with my computer, nothing else. I have not had a problem since then.

I use a Smart Controller so cellular was not a factor.

I would to have guess that you are correct. Immediately after logging in there was no issue.

Of course after having logged into the DJI account from a PC, you'll need to have the app access the internet so it can get updated with the new account state.

I am experiencing the same problem. All he fixes suggested in thus thread work only temporarily. As soon as I change the battery the limits are back - both for height and distance.

Resetting my iPhone’s mobile data settings always does the trick. This restriction issue pops up every now and then. Hope they’re working on a fix

Hi as (maybe?) mentioned before... I have the same problem almost everytime.Sometimes the firs battery is OK the next is not ok..... I tried everything.... The only trick which is always working on my iPhone is > cellular off.....
