flight data only partial

just trying to sync my flight records but only showing flight records up till November last year 2018 have flown many times since then ,have recently reset my nexus tablet now have latest dji4 firmware on it any help thanks

If you have reset your device, then most likely you have lost your records without backing them up first or syncing to DJI servers first before the reset.
All flights you do now after the reset, should be synced after every flight.
