I started getting this message and I have no idea what it is. It occurs only when I try to fly and already existing route I have flown before.

Which app are you using?
Which drone are you flying?
Which controller are you using?
IOS or Android mobile device?

Sorry but Simply put: Your flight route exceeds the limits of the drones Battery for safe operation.
Have you changed the RTH Battery percentage since you created those Routes?
