Flight Telemetry & Video & Cache Data

Hi All

Just discovered the forum, will read over the next few days. Not sure if its been answered already but i cant find the answers via google.

How do I record a video of what is shown on my phone during flight? The SD card footage is awesome but i'd like to review the flight data (warnings, signal strength, battery levels etc) at the same time as the footage from the camera. Realise I can watch them separately but seen videos on youtube of it.

Also what are the Cache settings for in the app? What is it storing?

There are screen recorder apps that do a great job of this, I use XRecorder but I have seen other folks mention others. Bear in mind the videos they record use up memory space so you may want to move them off your phone at intervals
