Fly 1.4.0, Gimbal Mode Reset To FPV by OA Engagement

With Fly app 1.4.0 (Android) I have noticed it has this bad habit of resetting the Gimbal Mode from Follow to FPV EVERYTIME I turn OA on from the screen icon. Anybody else have this issue?

You are turning off sideways flight with what you are pressing. It tells you that when you press it. When you turn off sideways flight the drone flys like an airplane with the nose always pointed forward.

Why they won’t let the gimbal compensate for this motion I’m not sure
