Flying at Goat Rock Beach?

Does anybody know if we can fly at Goat Rock Beach? That’s at the opening of Russian River.

If it's a state park, I believe no. Otherwise, no idea. And surely no flying over pinnipeds

We have local fellow forum members who have posted flying there in the past, so they’ll eventually check in with their feedback. As a state beach, it’s probably no longer allowed, although I can see the appeal.
