Hello, I have a Mavic 2 pro that is used for filming weddings. I am having a hard time with using the correct settings to film sparklers or glow sticks at night. Please let me know if anyone has any recommendations for the right settings to use at night or if there are any lens filters out there that would be better for night time.

No .. filters aren't going to help.
Your problem is the difference in brightness between the sparklers and the surroundings is too great for the camera's dynamic range.
If you expose correctly for the background, the sparklers are going to be burnt out.
If you expose properly for the sparklers, the background is going to be underexposed.
