I am heading out to Croatia next year and being a responsible pilot I've done my legal homework.
I checked out the Croation laws regarding drones, which is restrictive, and sent off for a permit, I received this today:-
Dear customer,
in accordance with current legislation performing of aerial photography for private purposes of public areas on Croatian territory is not allowed.
Aerial imaging exclusively of own private property and exclusively for personal use of the owner is governed by Article 3., Paragraph 4. Uredba o snimanju iz zraka (Official Gazette, No. 28/2019).
from much research on the web I had been pointed here:- Pravilnik o sustavima bespilotnih zrakoplova
which is supposed to be the Ministry website.
Can anybody please clarify what the current legislation is, as from the reply I am taking it that drones are banned in Croatia?
