Hi, seeking advice from pilots with experience flying in Japan and in particular, Osaka and Kobe.
I know that Japan has imposed restrictions such as ceilings, airport no fly zones of 9km, over public events and densely populated areas of >4000 people/sq.km. Additionally, some cities such as Tokyo and Osaka have also imposed bans in all public parks.
My question is, are there therefore any places left in Kobe and Osaka where it's worth whipping out the Mavic?
