Went through some clouds at 1500m above sea level, took off 420m from base.

The manual suggested not to fly into the clouds
These are low ones, is this not safe for the Mavic ?

Cool video and cool song choice. I would say you did nothing to damage the mavic.
Now if you were flying in clouds ALL the time, I imagine the moisture might eventually do some damage long-term, but I wouldn't let that stop you from getting shots like this.
