Flying Mavic Mini with Litchi app follow me mode but the drone altitude only 0.5 m above RC

I am Robby,
I would like to know that, has anyone of you who is ever flying the drone (mavic mini) using Litchi app in follow me mode while the altitude of the drone is only around 1 m above Remote control.
