I have video of them pouring the foundation and floors as well as the building itself.

I have hours of video, I just need to find a decent video editor. I've never used one. : (

Try Cyberlink PowerDirector. I used it for years before switching to Premiere Pro. It's cheap and you could probably find an older version for about $40-50.
