I don't know where the humor lies in this one... the concept or the wording.
Years ago I was hired to photograph President George H.W. Bush when he was in the area for a political fund raiser. When I arrived I was chatting with my sponsor and used the words "here to shoot the president"... where I was promptly corrected... "you're here to PHOTOGRAPH the President", when I immediately understood my faux pas. Luckily I didn't use that word with the Secret Service.
But I have to assume that the OP was making a funny because all of DC is a permanent NFZ and geofenced. I have kids that live in DC and can't even fly in their back yard. Fly over the Whitehouse? If you could fly at all you'd be blasted out of the sky long before getting there. Do you have any idea of the defensive anti-attack weapons they have on the roof???
