Follow me question

Hi guys, I'm new to the Mavic and wanted to ask a question about follow me before I try it.
Once I have follow me enabled and it's tracking, to take control back do you have to select normal flight mode again or simply move the sticks?

I'm aware this is a very basic question but I wanted to be 100% sure.

Either cancel the mode on the app (same place you initiated it) or even easier (and the fail-safe for almost any automated function in any app) is to switch to Sport mode. Switching to Sport mode cancels most functions and gives you direct control of the craft again (a good thing thing instinctively to do if/when you panic while flying the MP). You can always switch right back to P mode if you're more comfortable with that mode and/or need the sensors and other functions.

I believe hitting the PAUSE button on the RC will also stop any automated flight modes immediately.
