Follow-me question

I’ve searched all over and can’t find the answer to my question. I am trying to make my MP follow me from the side. It’s difficult to describe but let’s say I am floating in a drift boat on a river and moving South. Will my MP follow me while also traveling South but filming from the side? (Shooting from the east or west flying sideways). Or will it only follow from the rear of my direction of travel? TIA for any advice.

Active Track > Profile Mode. Be aware that the MP will happily fly sideways into a tree while in this mode.

That worked amazing, I never noticed the side menu when in profile mode. Thanks!
