1. Are you getting enough work, and at a fair price?
2. Do you like the opportunities that are available in your region?
3. Do you feel you could raise prices, get more work, or a higher standard of job if you lived elsewhere? (Or would competition or a higher cost of living cancel out any gains? Not to mention the cost of moving, "restarting" and being away from family/friends.)
