Framerate recomended for instagram ?

hi there, how about your setup for instagram stories?
I know that putting 120 fps on the drone its for nothing! instagram crops that and sometimes its worse

someone know best configuration and also for post editing on final cut ?

Generally 24 or 30 fps are going to be your best output frame rates. No video player in the world is going to playback a 120fps clip at 120fps. High frame rates like that are meant for slow motion, you’d slowdown the 120fps clip by 4 times on a 30fps timeline in your editor and then output the video at 30fps, for example.
