I have never understood people going to third world countries and breaking any law. And tourists to NK are the nuttiest of them all.

It's even more stupid when people have previously been jailed for the exact same thing.
Is the guy just stupid or is he ignorant and arrogant enough to think the laws don't apply to him?
No sympathy here. Break the law of a country, you get punished by it's system.
Myanmar is a great country to fly a drone in but it is a paranoid military dictatorship. You have to play by their rules.
