Geo zone unlocking

Hello pilots
Can u please help me how to unlock Geo authorization zone (blue)I go on DJI site, go to self unlocking.. put mu number get a code from DJI, and it say all ok..I go on app, see licence there and then NOTHING.. i posted pictures..
u can see i have licence, but it says aircraft disconnected ( my drone is turned on)
when i click on that licence it open licence list and it says it is valid...
But now what to do with it, how to activate it? Help people

Hi Sallee,
Two things come to mind that might help you.
First, try using a different web browse. I know I have different results with my chrome vs Microsoft Edge. Give that a go first. Secondly, of course make sure your drone is connect hardwire to your computer to facilitate the firmware download/update.
