Getting black and white lines in my video

Does anyone know what this is and if there is a setting to counter this

Disable the "Over Exposure Warning" setting in DJI GO:

It has been off any other ideas

Double-check that setting while your Mavic is connected to DJI GO. That's the only setting that can cause those lines to appear.
