I was flying at the coast yesterday & noticed the horizon was out slightly.
Did the auto gimbal calibration but it stops at 20%.
Gimbal moves freely & dose it’s dance on startup but will not go past 20%, I have tried with the filter off & filter on to no avail.
Any ideas what to try welcome.

Hi, personally, I would try to figure out what Axis is being tested at 20% and verify cable integrity for that specific Axis (Roll, Pitch, etc..).
Of course after multiple calibration tries.
Those flat cable connections are very fragile and should be very clean.
This only my approach to the problem.
Good luck

I would try, resetting the camera from go4 and making sure a SD card is in the drone. I realize there should be no need for a sd card in the drone, but it seems to matter at times.

Thanks for the response.
I took it out for a test flight on the shore, horizon was still out.
I put the grid lines on & manually adjusted the gimbal in the Go4 app lining the horizon of the sea to the grid on the monitor while hovering.
All is now good, no problems with the gimbal but still curious as to why the auto calibrate didn't work.

Yes it would be nice to know more about the whole process of gimbal calibration. (technically what happens)
vs % of completion.
