Gimbal disconnected

Just got my new Mavic pro but keep getting a gimbal disconnected warning. And Ideas on how to fix this problem?..

Send it back and wait for a replacement if that's possible. No need to start off with a lemon if not needed. If that's not possible. I suspect you'll get some good insights from this community. A wealth of knowledge here.

First thought is a wire fracture in the gimbal ribbon cable, but as @Hegemone said above, I’d recommend sending it back.

The gimbal disconnected issue is usually caused by a hardware issue so as others have mentioned it is probably best to return it if it is still under warranty. Best of luck!

Has anyone returned their drone to DJI refresh when it was a new refurbished and it had right out of the box, mine has gimbal disconnect, the control sticks won't calibrate. Also the battery temp will not so
