Gimbal is rolling and won't center

I was flying my air 3 and the gimabl suddenly swung to one side and would not move. once I landed I have tired to recalibrate the gimbal but it gets to about 90% and fails. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That sounds like the connector of your gimble cable vibrated loose in flight.
If your drone is under warranty Send it in.- If you want to repair it yourself you can simply open the drone and test each connection to find the loose one.
BUT remember If you open it you will VOID any warranties Best to send it in for a repair.
