Experienced a "Warning. Critical low battery. Drone in auto power off protection. Forced landing (aka CRASH!) in progress." when my aftermarket battery decided to die 23 seconds into a flight. The Mavic 2 Pro crashed into the street from about 39'AGL. (Yes, battery had only 3 charge cycles, had 98% charge at takeoff and it was strapped in with velcro.) Gimbal vibration dampening board is broken. Sensors were all recalibrated with DJI Assistant 2 on the computer. Gimbal recalibrated, however it's no longer square (from 0 to -90 degrees). Drone flies well, but some gimbal functions are not working properly (so I believe it's more than replacing the vibration dampening board). DJI has advised that repair can be 60-90 days. Does anyone have a recommended repair facility for the Mavic 2 Pro?

It is ..Now that you have replaced the parts you will need to re-calibrate the gimbal using Python and THEN you can calibrate it as normal. There are many videos on youTube on how its done and a few members here that acctually have made a app to help..BUT You can do it yourself...Just follow each step CAREFULLY!! If you can find a computer savy person they can do it easily.

Appreciate the reply and info (I've replaced a vibration dampening board before, so I'm familiar with the parts replacement), however, as I mentioned there are other functions not working properly (e.g., the gimbal doesn't return to 0 degrees from -90 degrees when landing as it used to do) so I believe it needs to be checked out further than just the parts replacement and recalibration.

I agree, the crash most likely did some damage to the boards or chipped some solder for sure I would shop around the area for a drone person for sure If I knew of one in your area I would let you know...sorry.
