Gimbal issues

Hi all, new here. Recently acquired a Mavic Pro first gen. I have everything working with the exception of the gimbal. I installed a new flex cable, I get good image from the camera and it does its dance at start up. Performed IMU and compass calibration and also did the DJI assistant sensor calibration. I am getting a high load warning from my phone. The fact it does it’s dance I thought communication is good between the drone and gimbal, note I also cannot move the gimbal with the remote. Any help is appreciate.
 
Does the 'load message' refer explicitly to the gimbal or could it be that it is referring to a maxed out cpu in the phone?
