Gimbal overload. HOT!

I had intermittent gimbal over load warnings for a year. Would work it’s self out usually.
Then I had a pretty hard crash. And the gimbal overload warning was on full time. The ribbon was torn. So I replaced gimbal ribbon and the camera cable while I had it opened.

Now I’m still getting gimbal overload warning. Camera flips front to back. And left and right. But I don’t see it rotating. All three motors get quite hot.
Not sure where to go from here. Any advice?

Gently roll the gimbal around with your finger and feel for any resistance You can try to blow it out with non canned air.
