Gimbal question

i can move the gimbal up and down how do I move it left and right. Or do I have to move the Mavic left and right. I'm missing something.
Sorry if this is a stupid question.

You can only move the gimbal up and down independently from the mavic. If you want to move it right or left you have to move the whole mavic.
