Can anyone provide me with direction? I am rebuilding my Mavic 2 Pro Gimbal assembly and am unable to attach the camera module to the yaw arm. The original yaw arm cracked at the ring, releasing the camera. I ordered a used yaw arm. The replacement yaw arm I received has a "button" in the ring which I suspect was part of the camera and was just left on since it is hard to remove. Please see the attached photo. The red arrow to the left is a stock image, the red arrow to the right is my replacement arm with a button in the ring. The blue arrow is the existing camera which needs to be inserted but cannot because the button is occupying the space. Am I correct in the situation? How best to remove the button (if that's the case) without damaging the ring? Thank you for your attention.

Greetings from Birmingham Alabama USA, welcome to the forum! We look forward to hearing from you!

I have no idea

Picture of the opposite side of the right red arrow?
I think what you show in the picture(right red arrow)is the bell for the motor.

From what I can see, looks like you would need to press the piece out of the 6784 image. Once removed, your new piece would take its place. It is possible there may be some type of adhesive used by DJI when they assembled this part of the gimbal.
Without the proper tooling, this would be a bit tricky.

Thanks for responding and I agree. It is in fact snug. The ring has a dual diameter interior that allows the piece to snap in. It just so happens that piece is usually attached to the camera. Its tricky to press out without the chance of snapping the ring, which I guess is vulnerable to breaking in the same area (I've had two drones break in the same area). I had it in the vice and you can probably see the scuff marks and indentions from tapping it. An other option is to cut the ring and then glue back.
