Gimbal ribbon replacement failed - what next?

Hi,

My mavic just started showing "gimbal overload". I went on to replace the gimbal cable as I have done this once before due to a crash - however this time it has not worked, I even redid the procedure and wiped down all the connectors with alcohol swab.

Any ideas what the issue is, or what my next steps shoudl be?

The problem is either with your pitch motor, or you bought a bad ribbon cable. You can order a different ribbon cable and try it again.

BTW I wouldnt let the gimbal stay in that 180° position for too long, even for demonstration purposes. You could fry your motor assembly.
