Gimbal setting

What do you guys recommend for setting the gimbal adjustment speed to for smoother filming?

Not sure if I’d not noticed this before with Spark using OTG cable but once you set these settings they are persistent across devices. So if you use an iPad and sometimes an iPhone, the settings will be the same. I’m pretty sure this was just an issue when using OTG on Spark.

Why are all those settings in lengthy youtube videos and not written down somewhere? So annoying to go through and set the same time on the Mavic.
