Gimbal starts downwards

Hi. I tried hard to find a solution but can't find any. When I power up the drone, the gimbal calibrates and always faces downwards. It won't calibrate the normal way facing forward. This happend after I replaced the ribbon cable.

Already tried to calibrate everything(IMU, Compass, Gimbal). Also I downgraded and updated again.

Can anybody please help me? Thx in advance!

Where did you buy the ribbon cable? Check again to make sure all the connectors are snapped in.
