Gimbal warning help

Hi all.looking for help.i went to fly my mavic mini 1 today but wasn't allowed as I could not calibrate my gimbal.i got a warning to say mi imu needed to be calibrated.i followed all the instructions but it didn't allow me to calibrate..
i got a code 40012 saying gimbal unable to connect repairs required contact dji support..
anyone have this problem before.

As a childhood friend and I would say when we were confused or didn't have enough information:

Who, what, when, where, why, how?

Provide more details, particularly the model of the AC.
Had the AC been in a crash? Was the gimbal replaced?

No crash.no replacement.few months old.mavic mini 1.just decided not to work

Only idea i can think of is try refreshing the firmware with Assistant 2, and reinstalling the app.

Beyond that, get DJI support to help.
