Gimble antivibration plate bushings help

Had my first significant crash today, originally thought gimble was trashed. Upon closer inspection I determined the ribbon cable was broken and the bushings holding the plate in place were torn. I'm guessing I'm using the wrong term for those since I cant find any.

Can anyone tell me the proper name or description so I can find some please

I don't think the rubber bands ares sold separately, it's probably more cost effective to get the whole gimbal vibration absorbing board
