Hi,
Recently purchased a second hand Mavic Pro. Its has been working well but a minor crash, with no physical signs of damage, has left me with Gimble Issues.
The screen tells me the 'gimble is too heavy'
Any advice would be gratefully received.

Thanks

The OG mavic will tear its ribbon cables in a crash You need to replace them. Also the board that rests on top of the gimbal is most likely damaged and needs replacement.

It's a fiddle replacing gimbal/camera cables with the original Mavic... but it is do-able on your kitchen worktop. Plenty of YouTube videos available.

Every time I replace a Mavic 1 ribbon cable, I first duplicate all the bends before putting it in. That will save you a lot of “WTF’s” trying to install it. Don’t pull the blue tabs off until it is all the way in.
