Gimble Not Calibrating

hi guys

Having an issue with calibrating my gimble. I can only get to 41% before getting a failed messsge that says calibration failed and the camera shutters and is not straight. I even Get a message saying the gimble is overloading as well.

Have not crashed the drone ever. It just simply stopped working

Any idea why this is abd how to fix it

The drone is only a month old

Latest release was on 9th May:-
Firmware : v01.03.0700
DJI GO 4 App iOS : v4.0.8
DJI GO 4 App Android : v4.0.7

To find your DJI GO app version go..

Go to the 'Me' icon, bottom right of the app. Then select 'Settings', the version will be displayed at the bottom. Mine reads... DJI GO 4 v4.0.7 (257-gpPhone).

Im pretty sure thats the DJI Go version, not the firmware version.

So how would I find what firmware I am running.

Can you tell me the steps to find this

Power up the controller and Mavic as if you wanted to fly. (No need to fly)
Once online and connected, on the display screen in the top right are 3 menu dots... click these.
This will take you to the 'General Settings' page.
From the list available here, select 'About'

The 'About' page will give you all versions you have installed.
Mine reads:-

App 4.0.7
Version 01.03.0700
Remote Controller 01.03.0700
Aircraft Database 0.0.1.4
App Database 00.00.01.04
Flight Controller SN (example: 12345abcde)

I tried to update my firmware from 1.03.0600 tp the latest that was released, I understand, last May9. However, when I clicked on update on my dji go4 app, the "continue to download" keeps popping up. It doesn't seem to update/download the latest firmware. After I cancelled the download...a notice appears. Please see attached file below. What could be the problem?
