Gimble shake error

HI all.
Hopefully someone can help me.
Finally received the mavic pro this week and have had 2 small flights.
I get an error message on the screen, "Gimble shake error" and the footage is terrible.
I have connected the drone to the DJI assistant on the PC and made sure the firmware is updated.
I have also re-calibrated the gimble.
Does anyone have an idea that may fix it? Have sent an email to DJI as well.

I searched the forum and couldn't see anything other than shaking when coming to a stop.

Check the gimble mounting shoes. They're supposed to be under the clips. There's a youtube video about but I can't seem to find it.

OK, thanks for that, feel pretty dumb now as one of the feet were not in the mounts properly.
Controller charging and will have another go after re calibrating.

MIne seems to be sitting in the right position but sometimes the gimble jumps before traveling and when stopping, some of course because I was in sport mode but at times regular mode and it still jerks at times.I've never had this problem with my Phantom 3 Pro...any idea?

Great search function in this app! Gimble shake error. Appreciate this post as my drone had a slight incursion with my door. I noticed one shoe was out of place but the video pointed to the rear shoe which had to be below its stop. Thank you for taking the time to post a video garysmacman!
