Glitchy flight or gimbal

Hey groovers just wondering if anyone can shed any light on this weird flight or gimbal glitch as seen in the attached video link ...I've seen the issue pop up on facebook but people just seem to make up answers. Wind wasn't an issue - no warnings and the smoke can be seen drifting slowly

On the flight log this happens around 10:30 but I couldn't see anything
I'm curious if this is the drone pitching or the gimbal doing something weird in that moment?

Happened to me in high winds and low battery. I was over safe places for emergency landing and had to run the battery low because of DJI... they were perpetually not in stock and I had to make do with my set.

I could still verify but meh... waiting the next occasion
