Go 4 App went crazy

I was trying to get connected to my Air with Litchi and I force killed go 4 and all that.I still couldnt get connected so I force killed Litchi to go back to go 4. It wouldnt let me select my drone.It defaulted to the phantom 4. After a few trys I decided to uninstall go 4 and then reinstall but now I get a 940 error from google play on my old android 5 phone. My old android tablet works fine for downloading from google play. ??????

It appears there's an update published today. My HTC can't download it.

According to What's New, it appears they've finally added waypoints.

yes, somethings going on, every other app in google play works except DJI. Hope everything is back to normal soon.
